If there's one thing I will gladly miss about Singapore when I leave this hot oven, it is the Singapore Post.
WHY..... Must they provide such lousy service..
Allow me to list down what frustrates me:
1. Dropping me a delivery advice after 5 seconds of waiting- e.g. ring the bell and disappear immediately.
2. The delivery advice was dropped behind my shoe rack.... LUCKILY I was doing some cleaning today... OR ELSE my article will be sent back to Japan 10 days later.
3. Called the stated number, and I was put through a series of call answering machines.
4. After 10 minutes of non-stop trying, I finally get to talk to a human. After I told her about the delivery advice dropped at my door, she asked me "and then?" ...... WHAT THE..
5. After 5 minutes of teaching her what the normal procedure should be like - since this terrible experience is almost an every time thing for me - she told me she can't the article.
6. Then she said, may be you can ask someone else.
7. I said... then who can I ask?! *SHOCKED*
8. She asked me where I stay, and then she transfered me to the Bt. Batok Post Office.
9. LUCKILY, the lady at the BBPO is quite responsible. So she handled me well.
10. UNLUCKILY, MY ARTICLE IS LOST..... really really sian. So now I can only wait for the article to be found, and someone else is suppose to call me within 30 mins.
Please....... DONT LOST MY ARTICLE....... sobbb.
Really hoping for full privatization of Singapore Post one day. Not just opening up for competition without granting the keys.
